Outdoor Writers Association
ACTIVE
members are writers,
photographers, editors, illustrators,
etc., who are paid for work that is disseminated to the public and
involves such outdoor activities as fishing, hunting, boating, camping,
backpacking, hiking, wildlife resources, conservation, the environment and
outdoor-oriented travel.
ASSOCIATE members are persons who subscribe to the
principles of the Tennessee Outdoor Writers Association but who do not qualify
for active membership. This category
of membership includes college students, novice writers and photographers, etc.,
who hope to one day qualify for regular active membership.
SUPPORTING membership is open to approved individuals,
organizations and businesses who share our interests in the outdoor field and
have a desire to support TOWA’s ideals, programs and activities.
